    I booked 2 units of deluxe studio, 3 days before checked in informed me that one of the unit’s pipe leaking, suggested to change to standard studio, I agreed though it’s smaller unit. So regret & upset that the unit no towel supplies, the power switch not enough so provide with the extension cord. The kettle looked awful and we dare not use to boil water, there are drinking water supplies but got smell. I was early checked out around 10am, called customer service but no answer, then WhatsApp message told me to put the key in the unit and asked me to fill up a form requesting refund of deposits. I filled & submitted the form, after 4 days I received the refund but only RM100. I booked 2 units and paid RM200 for deposits but only refunded RM100, I asked the customer service but no feedback, only showed me approved RM200. Where is balance of RM100?? Already 5 days from checked out.

    The apartment is not well maintained. We found several small cockroaches running around the apt. Broken fixtures left unrepaired. We had to request for an electric kettle as there was none when we checked in. The air con remote battery needed to be changed. The towers were old. The room smelled stale when we checked in. All in all not a pleasant experience.

    The particular unit I recently stay needs maintenance. The bathroom smell bad due to leaking, the stains & bad odour near the washing machine due to water leaking I think. Cockroach also seen under the sink.
