The home was clean beautiful view as advertised had a bit of a musty smell when you walk in which took a little while to get used to we had an issue with a doorknob on the bedroom door it would not open and my granddaughter was stuck inside for about 40 minutes there is no maintenance on site to call for such issues so we had to get ahold of Vacasa and they had to summon a locksmith By the time that all happened we had managed to get it open ourselves...

The thermostat wasn't attached to the wall and was just hanging by wires, mirrored closet door in master had a long crack across it, one section of mirrored closet door in twin room was off the track and propped up in the closet, only one receptacle in each of the bedroom outlets worked, refrigerator door shelves dented. I documented the issues and notified our contact.
In spite of these issues none of them affected our stay in a negative way. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen was well equiped.
We have stayed in this complex( using other vendors) before and have never experienced any issues and it is our preferred complex in the area.
