Location was beautiful. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean.
At night, there was loud music played at Bar which disturbed sleep. For some people it could be different feel.

Location for visiting Ptuj is good. The young woman who checked us in and ran the bar/restaurant was very friendly and helpful.
The light blue carpet in the hallways and in our room was disgustingly stained and appeared filthy. The owners should rip out this carpet and lay down some cheap vinyl flooring (easier to clean, more sanitary and would look better). The flooring alone would be a major upgrade in how we felt about our stay here. The shower was not clean either and it too needed some updating & work.
