The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and ideally situated in the heart of the city, close to major landmarks.

Incredible location in Trevi. The bedroom was gorgeous and so was living room and the terrace. Very cosy and tastefully done. It felt like a lovely flat to come home to and I did a lot of really good writing in this suite. A delicious refuge from the heatwave.

Communication with the owner about keys and fees was largely through Booking’s chat, which was fine by me, but may not work if you need more reassuring or details. The main bathroom has a lovely, big window but no blinds or a curtain. Although neighbours’ windows were largely shut, you do have to be a bit of an exhibitionist to take a shower. The jacuzzi on the terrace needs a spring clean. A washing machine would really make this place complete.

Location obviously, having a kitchen

We stayed on the first floor, no2 and it's so noisy. It was like sleeping on the street and people are laughing and talking around you, vehicles are passing through you... We also asked for towels as there were only bath towels, no respond... Kitchen is ok but frying pan is unuseable with full of scratches, need to be replaced. Pillows are not comfy at all. One is too high, the other one is too low... And they even didn't bother to put the duvet in the duvet cover, just put them all on the bed...
