Top notch location! Place is huge and clean. Comfortable enough beds and everything is walkable from this location. Owner is easy to communicate with and replies fast.
Air conditioning is not that cold. Would be a 10 if airconditioning was colder as it was a bit warm when we came in Rome.

Location is top notch! Just 5 mins walk to Trevi Fountain. And an easy 10-20 mins walk to The Pantheon, Plaza Navona, Plaza Spagna, Spanish Steps and even the Church of San Ignazio. The place is huge, clean and beds were comfortable enough. It has hot and cold shower, the owner is easy to communicate with and replies as quickly as possible.
Air conditioning is not that cold.
