It is a good location, with that came the negative of being quite noisy sometimes. The key collection was very good.
The place was getting a bit shabby. A broacken mirror had "clean me" written on it. The oven door fell off. IKEA labels were still on ghost chairs. Only one mug (there were a few small glass cups as well) and there were four of us. Lavatory cisterns occasionally stuck leaving constant slow filling. It was two steps up to the front door, then another two steps immediately inside, and then 41 steps to our floor...no lift.
