Location, close to Trevi fountain, was both good and bad. Good because Trevi is close and also bad as very noisy and busy

The location
We had hoped to use the kitchen but decided against it. Fairly dirty throughout the apartment. The couch was covered with a throw blanket and was unacceptable to sit on once the blanket was removed. Stains and visible crud. I am not one to be picky but they need to put a little of their profits into some maintenance and a new couch. It just needs to be done.
