The Elm House had everything we needed for our 9 day stay; lots of room, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows and extra linens, throw blankets, excellent AC, large and stocked kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, parking off the street, and you can sit outside in front of the gas fireplace and listen to the live music from Downtown Gilbert, it’s that close!Would highly recommend staying at the Elm House!

Stayed for a week with mom m and sister and fell in love with Gilbert and the cutest house I n town. Elm Street had everything we needed and was a wonderful home base. Kitchen was furnished nicely with cooking tools, coffee maker, Keurig, and dishes.The two bedrooms had plenty of pillows, blankets, and hangers so we were able to check in and make ourselves at home. We enjoyed morning walks and lunches in town and really loved getting to know Gilbert better. I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to others visiting Arizona.

We love staying near downtown . This property is new , clean and in a great location . I texted a list to the property owners of household items that would be great additions that guests will likely want to use . I did not give a 5 overall because communication on the front end of our visit was a bit delayed . Communication during stay was fine - and we needed a visit from a HVAC repair person during our stay . The problem was resolved quickly.
