We found the property adequate. Location was pretty good, near a park and retention basin. The pool and hot tub were nice but dated. The neighborhood is busy and the house is situated on a corner. If you had more than 2 cars parking could be an issue. Biggest issue for us was working around just one shower. We had six adults and it was a hassle for sure. All of the beds don’t have headboards either. I feel most people are accustomed to sleeping on bed with headboards. Could use some better lighting as it felt dim even with all the lights on. Also the carpet is due for replacement, lots of stains.

House was exactly as described. Very clean and nice amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location in Gilbert - close to many restaurants and stores. Great communication with Ryan and Gina. 5 star stay !
