Our home is located near the Heritage District in historic downtown Gilbert, where you can easily walk or bike (4 included with your stay!) to experience the local dining and nightlife scene. Whether you spend your days relaxing in our outdoor oasis, outfitted with a pool, spa, ping pong table, lawn games, foosball, and outdoor kitchen/bar (with cable TV) or hang inside in the air-conditioned comfort of the spacious living room and kitchen, you will leave here refreshed and revitalized.
The space
Located on the largest lot in the neighborhood in a cul de sac (so no car noise!), The Heritage House boasts a fully private backyard living space for you to enjoy with complete privacy. Cool down in the pool after a day in the sun or wake up in the morning and go for a swim before having your coffee outdoors in the lounge chairs...maybe even throw on your favorite morning news channel on the outdoor Cable TV! Enjoy the entire backyard space by playing ping pong, foosball, and bags...and if you have kiddos we do have a kids playhouse for them to have fun with as well. Grill up lunch at the outdoor kitchen and grill and pour yourself some refreshments to sip on while you hang out at the outdoor bar seating. When you are ready to move inside, sit back and relax with an open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room, so you can effortlessly enjoy both areas simultaneously with friends and family. The kitchen is the perfect 'hang out' space with a large center island and is fully stocked with high quality cooking essentials. For fellow coffee lovers out there, we offer a press, drip and Keurig option! When you are ready to retreat for the night, get comfortable in one of the three bedrooms available to you at The Heritage House. The Master bedroom has a king size Stearns and Foster mattress, a twin size roll out bed available for use if needed, cable TV, full length mirror, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, steam shower and large walk in closet. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size memory foam mattress, cable TV, full length mirror, vanity and ample closet space. Guest bedroom #3 has 2 full beds, a twin size roll out bed if needed, cable TV, a full length mirror and ample closet space!
Whether you are sipping bubbles in the hot tub at night to celebrate a special occasion, or cooking breakfast for a party of 8...There is truly something for everyone at The Heritage House!!

No crazy, wild parties, please ;) We want you to have a great time, but not at the expense of our neighbors. Loud, rude, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
NO SMOKING on property! Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
No parking in street but there is plenty of driveway space for 4-6 cars.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day or $250 per week. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow for time to heat.
Dogs are most welcome for an additional fee. Fee varies based on size and breed of your fur baby, so please let me know when booking if you plan to bring your pup!

We came in Late October for a yearly girls trip. We just wanted a relaxing weekend with a pool and hot tub. This house had everything we needed to hang out and relax. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth it. Backyard was private and the neighborhood was quiet. House is adorable and has everything you need. Beds were comfy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The mattress in king bedroom was good and great linens and bed pillows. Kitchen was great for a large group to gather. Plenty of interior space to not feel on top of one another. Then outside has everything; seating in sun or on shade, ping pong, foosball table, darts, and da pool. Awesome place with really great hosts.

We came for a small family wedding so a short stay and almost felt guilty for not staying longer! The Heritage House is absolutely beautiful, charming, spacious and immaculately clean! Jen has decorated the home thoughtfully and it's just so welcoming and adorable. Jen was super responsive and checked in with us multiple times. She even sent over tp when her cleaning crew said she was short ( we were fine there was plenty) The house floor plan is perfect for larger families and the backyard is amazing! Gorgeous pool, darts, Fooz ball, outdoor Bbq, fire pit, TV, cornhole and plenty of pool toys! Very quiet cul de sac no barking dogs or noisy neighbors nighttime was very quiet and peaceful. Wish we could wrap Heritage House up and place it at all our vacation destinations!

Remarkably well supplied. Kitchen better equipped than imaginable. Outdoor spaces were large and ready for fun. Owner responded to questions quickly, even quite late. Best stay in this area ever.
