Love the location once i got over the steep roads. We did not get the attraction tickets because no one answered the phone and we couldn't find the place. Besides all that we will stay here again. We did book a extra day because we loved the property. We love the front desk staff they went above and beyond to help us on everything!!!

We love the cleanliness of Baskins Creek. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. We like how you cannot hear other vacationers in their condos and the covered parking is nice.

First, location.. This property is a 5-10 minute walk from Ripley's Aquarium, but the walk is uphill on the way back which isn't great for kids with special needs. So we could ride the trolley, right? I maybe saw 1 trolley every 30 minutes drive by the property. It's not frequent enough. The location is OK for adults and older typical kids. Also you can hear a lot of street noise from this unit, but that's also typical in Gatlinburg.
The room itself is pretty good. The game console was a lot of fun and was a big reason I booked this particular room. But the property's construction and upkeep are shoddy. The shower door is falling off its hinges. There are lightswitches everywhere that don't do anything. The furniture isn't as nice as it appears. The king size bed was very springy and we woke up with back pain each day.
Overall, I just could not rate this place any higher given the price I paid per night. I feel a bit ripped off. It was satisfactory but my expectations were high.
