We enjoyed our stay. This location is great for families with little kids that can go back and forth between downtown and the condo for naps, snacks, breaks. Quick walk and close to the action.

Location was great and close enough to walk to all of the attractions. Room was very clean with plenty of towels. There was a great thought put into things that may be needed. (Soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap etc.) The only things that were of issue was first, the elevator system. You have to put in a code each time you use the elevator (which there's no getting around) it made for frustration bringing luggage in and leaving. Second, and the most frustrating, we stayed on the first floor, which is above the parking garage.
The temperature was cool for our stay, the thermostat in the rooms are at a set temperature and cannot be changed, we were freezing the whole time, nights were unbearable. There is a gas fireplace that has a timer for an hour but was only available for use between October and February. The cold from the parking garage kept the floors like ice. Overall it was a good experience but would highly recommend turning off the set temperatures in the rooms. Would definitely consider staying again but only after winter weather has passed. Would not recommend during colder seasons
