Very nice place, walking distance to downtown. My grandkids loved it, enjoyed the pool. We didn't have any complaints.

This apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, and nice that it has parking. It’s an easy walk to the main parkway. The Vacasa check-in was easy with the door codes sent straight to my phone. I’d stay here if I was coming back to Gatlinburg again.

This was a very nice condo. The rooms were clean, I liked that the refrigerator had an ice maker. The sofas reclined and that was a must for us. It was an enjoyable stay.

The location was great. The condo was spacious. It was relatively clean except for the toilets. There was a black ring around the toilets. The dryer did not work so we were forced to air dry towels and clothes. We reported the broken dryer but no one ever showed up to fix it. The screen on the sliding door was broken so we couldn't use it otherwise bugs would fly in. We didn't bother reporting it since no one showed up for the dryer. Parking was great. Balcony has partial mountain view but also overlooks a crappy motel/hotel next door. It was nice for the location and space but incredibly overpriced.
