This was our 2nd time staying at Baskins Creek. We could not ask for a better location in Gatlinburg, within walking distance to the Parkway and never have to worry about parking downtown. All of the common areas at Baskins Creek are well maintained and clean. Our stay in 208 was very good, upon arrival the condo was very clean and ready to go. All of the towels and linens were of good quality and added to the comfort of our stay.

traveled with youth group, rented 7 rooms in total. was most appropriate for us. front desk services was ver helpful.
our teens loved the pool and the meeting rooms for worship and game nights.

The condo was good with the right amount of space. I would recommend someone to check the low water pressure in the owners shower and unclog the sink in the Owners bathroom. Overall heat air worked great but it could use paint and a little bit of upgrading.
