About this house rental
Are you looking for total privacy in an oasis of tranquility away from all stress and bustle in a beautiful location with panoramic views over the Tuscan hills, a place to unwind, then you've come to the right place. Located at the end of the road, amid the deafening silence with a hidden private swimming pool. Despite the location, many historic cities can be reached within an hour. The house consists of 2 floors with separate entrance, each with its own bathroom, sitting area and kitchen, making it very suitable for 2 friendly couples.
Upstairs are 2 connecting bedrooms with double bed, a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub. The kitchen is super cozy with fridge / freezer, gas stove with electric oven and dishwasher. In the dining room there is a large table with 8 chairs, the seating area has a sofa bed for max 2 small children( 140cm)The house is suited for max 4 adults with max 4 children.
Downstairs is 1 bedroom with double bed located on the east side of the house, with direct access to a terrace located under a large fig tree. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. The kitchen is equipped for breakfast or cold preparations to make a barbecue.
Outside is an authentic wood-fired pizza oven.
The lower pool with 2 connecting sun terraces has a beautiful panoramic view. The ideal place for aperitifs enjoying the beautiful sunset.
