About this cottage rental
A lovely, charming farmhouse all fenced. The house was recently restored, the interior is finished to a very high standard with all the Tuscan charm and facilities that you could possibly require. All the rooms are large, light and spacious and are all newly finished and furnished. The house mixes many of the original features with the sometimes much needed modern necessities. There are two patios to choose between to either relax and/or dine on. The infinity pool has a view toward the green Hills of Umbria and Tuscany, which is at just 12 km. The nearest village with supermarkets is at 5 km. Several restaurants 2-12 km distance. We provide as much information in our welcome pack to make sure you fully utilize everything that Umbria, Tuscany and this area has to offer.

We had a very peaceful week in this lovely traditional house with amazing views and beautiful grounds. The house was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen, and had everything we needed to make the most of our time. Francesca was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Upon arrival, there was a basket of local food in the kitchen. A couple of days later, we found a gift of the owner's wine, olive oil, and limoncello on the covered patio! (All were excellent!)We never wanted to leave the property, but we did and enjoyed some of the towns in Umbria.Thank you for sharing your house with us and for making us feel welcome.

My family and I spent a lovely 2 weeks holiday there in August 2014.
The house is lovely furnished and has all facilities.
The infinity pool is so close to the house, just a few steps from the living room, the garden is very well maintained and the location is the best one could wish at just 5 km from the village but in a very paceful green place. We will be back! Thanks to Simonetta for her delicious meals.
