Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.
70 m² accommodation furnished with taste and very bright, it has a large open terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community swimming pool + children's pool open during season (01/05-31/10), outdoor and covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Televisions (Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.
The American induction kitchen with peninsula is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

The apartment is very good and location is fantastic with a lovely balcony that you can open up the patio doors fully you will struggle to get a better view .
The sofa absolutely stung, I would think that it may be that the aircon unit above the sofa as been leaking over a long period off time and the cleaners may think the smell is coming from the drains but even after putting the cushions on the balcony to air it made no difference. We did report it to benibooking office who handles the property. If they sort it out then there is absolutely nothing to complain about and it will not stop me booking again

View overlooking the promenade & beach by all the restaurants & bars. Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds very comfy, all the cutlery kitchenware available. Smart tv's etc Benidorm booking staff response and helpful with any queries. We had a fabulous stay one of our favourite apartments when visiting Spain.
