Location was great
Looking a bit tired could do with a few cosmetic touch ups, shower head kept falling down had to tie it up so we were able to shower . Only 1 lift was working so waited a while to get up and down with elderly parent

Location, pool, view. Beds were comfy. Bathroom and Kitchen were nice.
For what I paid the apartment was very grubby. Marks on walls, chips out of the floor, shutters didnt work well, sofa and chairs were well used, coffee table had a dent in it plus other things like WiFi was pretty useless and TV was old and only had Spanish TV, no apps that worked. The blind behind the TV had holes in it and wouldnt go back up once down. Ceiling was peeling in one of the bedrooms.
