Du Lux Apartment 2

Hyvä sijainti, noin 7km keskustasta. Asunto on todella tilava ja näkymät asunnosta huippu hyvät. Omistaja auttoi ongelmatilanteissa ja oli hyvin helposti lähestyttävä. Alakerrassa on kauppa ja lähistöllä useita kauppoja. Vieressä edullinen bistro, jossa herkulliset ja isot annokset. Ehdotonta plussaa on pyykinpesukone ja ilmastointi molemmissa kerroksissa. Varaisin uudestaan!

Meillä oli viikon varaus, eikä varauksen aikana ollut siivousta. Tämä tuli yllätyksenä, mutta saimme lainata siivousvälineitä, ja saimme heti lisää lakanoita ja paperia kun pyysimme. Kuitenkin se olisi hyvä lukea myös varaustiedoissa.

Très bon accueil et bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Ils nous ont donné des bons conseils ! L'appartement est propre, lits confortables. Il est très bien placé car il y a le bus pas loin, supermarché juste en bas de la résidence. Petite plage pour se baigner pas très loin à pieds. Très bon restaurant et pizzeria à côté. Je recommande !! Merci beaucoup...

Stayed last 2 weeks of June 2025. Accommodation was very good and clean. It had very good utensils except a toaster and equipment forr self catering. It was very near the 1A bus stop which takes you straight to the old town. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice when needed. Plenty of shops to get groceries

The upstairs air con wasn't the greatest which required the additional fans to run all night. Although close to the 1A bus stop, the journey took 30 minutes to the old town. This got very tiresome after a few nights. There is only 1 restaurant in the area and 2 bars. The beach that's located nearby is literally a gravel patch. Ended up getting 2 buses to the lovely beaches in the Babin Kuk area. Again this became a chore after awhile. We stay for 10 nights,. With the lack of amenities nearby this was too long of a stay. Maybe 2 or 3 nights at the most. Very low ceilings in the bed rooms which ment all of us banging our heads from time to time. Smallest person is 5 foot.

Nicht weit weg von der Altstadt Dubrovnik. Vor der Tür fährt ein Bus, wir sind aber mit Uber gefahren ( 12 Euro) Wir haben mit 4 Personen übernachtet ( 2 Schlafzimmer) Frühstück haben wir in einer Bäckerei oder im Supermarkt gekauft und den Kaffee am Morgen haben wir im Café Zeppelin getrunken.

Hier gibt es nichts zu berichten.
