L’emplacement. Accès à dubrovnik très rapide et facile avec le bus. Le supermarché en bas est aussi très appréciable Le personnel est très gentil et réactif.

Le mobilier, la terrasse extérieure qui donnait envie sur la photo et nous avons été très déçus . Il manque un fauteuil à l intérieur un seul canapé pour 5 c est peu. Il était noté lave vaisselle mais absent et également manque d ustensiles de cuisine. La cuisine est très sommaire Les murs sont très fins on entend les voisins.

The owner is an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman. The apartment is in a great location, and Dubrovnik's Old Town is easily accessible by bus. There is a small beach nearby, and a grocery store right next to the apartment. We especially liked the large terrace, and the living room was also very nice. The apartment was clean and relatively well equipped.

The attic space is very limited. A person around 180 cm tall has to bend down as soon as they reach the top of the stairs. The upstairs area is quite small, and the beds are not particularly comfortable. One side of the double bed has a noticeable sag in the middle, and the mattress on the single bed is too soft for an adult. The Wi-Fi connection is rather unreliable. Due to the weak signal, not all devices are able to connect, and, as is common in many apartment buildings, several apartments share the same router, which affects the connection quality.

We were met my the owners father who gave us a great brief on the apartment, local facilities and services. Knowledge of the location and things to do. The whole family made us feel very welcome with no pressure and no over barring. I would highly recommend this apartment for a small family wanting to stay away from the main city. Buses into the city are frequent and cheap, travel card for returns and more can be purchased in the city at a cheaper rate.

The apartment is brilliant. I would just suggest that a little amount of money in the kitchen area to new cutlery, plates and pots this would just help with families that wish to make meals for themselves.

Host was very helpful and friendly. View from the balcony was stunning and if you are to book this apartment just for the view then go ahead. The apartment is on top of a grocery shop which was handy and is a 10 minute walk to the bus stop.

Apartment didn't look like the pictures, was very underwhelming (the only thing that saved the apartment is the view from the balcony). It is definitely not a 4 star, it is more a 2 star.
