Wonderful host - friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable apartment. The deck offered wonderful views of the water. The place was close to the ferry which was helpful for our early departure
The place is far from old town. The bus stop is close by but bus timing varies and the stop on the return is a bit further.

Kitchen area small but we had no intention of cooking so no problem for us.

Wonderful view. The owner was extremely helpful. There wasn't anything you needed that he wasn't willing to help with. Restaurant recommendations, local services, tips for the day. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great vacation. They leave a bottle of wine and coffee in the room. You have spices and olive oil to cook with. Overall we really enjoyed this apartment, and the host.
If you are sensitive to heat, do not come to Dubrovnik in the summer. This apartment has a beautiful view because it faces the sun. During the heat of the day it can sometimes be hard to keep the room exceptionally cool. If you are someone who struggles with temperature you might be uncomfortable. We were not. If you come by car, you will need to back down the driveway. However, you need to be an expert driver to bring a car into the city to begin with.
