Schönes, modernes Appartment mit großer Terrasse und tollem Ausblick in ruhiger Lage am Hang nahe Dubrovnik. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hat das gesamte Gelände mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Bereich um den Pool. Unvergesslich war das morgendliche Bad dort mit großartigem Ausblick über das Tal und anschließendem Kaffee, den man sich in der angrenzenden Outdoorküche kostenlos selbst zubereiten kann.
Der Pool ist zwar nicht beheizt und somit Ende Oktober ein wenig kühl, aber für uns kein Problem und sehr erfrischend! ;-)

What a gorgeous and convenient place to base oneself in Dubrovnik.
Nikolina and her mum are perfect hosts - we even had help with our big luggage. The place is beautiful - exactly like the photos.
Now I’d like to dispel the ‘problem’ of the narrow road leading up to the apartments. Firstly, if you’re hiring a car make sure it’s a compact to mid-size sedan or suv (European…not American mid-size!)
Secondly, you should know that Croatians are incredibly patient and meet friendliness with the utmost of kindness. So if you come nose to nose with a local, they will kindly reverse and make way for you. Keep your window rolled down and smile! Thirdly, take it slow …don’t let the narrow street intimidate you.
It’s only the short road coming up to the accomodation (easy parking and turning around!) and the rest of the roads are really easy. Drivers are polite, and don’t harass you (like in other parts of Europe, which shall remain nameless :-))
Enjoy the experience. They are some of the nicest people around!
