Property was clean, well air conditioned and located in excellent location. Owners are very friendly and accessible and very helpful and attentive.

The location in Gruz was close to transport links, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful!
The location is not the most glamourous but if you like watching cruise ships come and go, it's fantastic. The views are better when the cruise ships are out!
There are quite a few stairs to navigate, so be warned if you have mobility or cardiac issues, but we were fitter when we left than when we arrived.
The apartment is great, but a bit let down by the furnishings, which are dated and a bit random. A good makeover and a bit of interior re-design would fix this though. Two of the bedrooms don't have views, which was a bit unusual, but if you have teenagers who like caves, it's great for them!
