Note: the photo is not the unit we stayed in so we didn’t have a cute table to sit at. The size of condo was perfect and organized.
Stairs, lots of stairs to access our unit. This was difficult for our because of our luggage. I don’t think this was mentioned in description.

Impressions from mid September, family vacation of 4 adults in two bedroom three bathroom apartment:

The parking - you have your spot guaranteed!
Apartment location - only about 30 steps down from the main road (see photo 2). A well-stocked supermarket (Tommy's) is located not too far away, 257 steps down from the apartment. If you walk down the entirety of 444 stairs, you arrive at the level of the port and main bus station, with plenty of cafe, bakery, and restaurant options not far away. It is all fun if you can easily walk the stairs, but it's definitely a workout. Luckily, you can just walk 30 steps up to the main road and take your car, an uber, or bus from there.
The apartment is very cozy, it has one air conditioner in the kitchen and one in one of the bedrooms. Air conditioners are new, easy to control, and powerful. The apartment has nice windows with easy-to-use blinds. Both bedrooms have bathrooms inside and there is another bathroom next to the kitchen. Kitchen has the basics (stove, oven, cookware, some teas, sugar, and salt), no dishwasher and no microwave. The washing machine is available on premises and is a new machine.

Sometimes the owner is not responsive. We got directions for check-in at the very last moment, after the three unsuccessful attempts. Many "unimportant" questions stayed unanswered. Wi-Fi info in the manual was outdated. We felt like we were on a scavenger hunt for the first few hours (where's the washing machine? where's the light switch for the laundry? why doesn't the wifi work?...). I think the apartment would benefit from some written guidelines (not just house rules) with all this updated info, and also how to use the stove and oven, since not everyone has an induction stove.
The kitchen lacked paper towel, foil and wrap organizers, and other convenient kitchen items (like oil, salt, pepper and some basic spices).
HOWEVER, just look through the windows, go out to the patio - and all the little inconveniences will fade away

Very nice, modern and spacious accommodation. Stunning views with ability to get in slightly early was a bonus.
Nothing the accommodation can do but the 400steps to the waterfront was exhausting.

Fantastic view! Parking was easily accessible. Enjoyed sitting out on the narrow deck!
We were not expecting quite a lived-in apartment with an odour coming from unchanged plant waters. A few items may need replacing for a fresh look. Our unit was not as seen in the photos. With some improvements to the decor, and attention to aspects of the decor, this will be a great stay!
