Elegant Flat Near Princes Street - Perfect Location, 24-7 Customer Support

Ottima la posizione, appartamento accogliente e pulito

Ho prenotato per tre persone ed ho dovuto pagare oltre per avere il terzo letto che era un divano. Ho trovato la biancheria ed ho dovuto prepararlo da me. Inoltre è la prima volta che mi si chiede esplicitamente di lavare i piatti. Dimenticavo… le finestre non si aprivano…

Amazing location, 15 minutes from Edinburgh Castle, 30 from Arthur's seat, a lot of different pubs nearby. We did not use any means of transportation for our 3 days stay. The price was competitive compared to other 2 bedroom(ish) apartments. Apartment was relatively clean. Bathroom was so-so.

Definitely on the noisier side, people stomping on the floor above us woke us up, then the construction next door (as the building is quite old, windows do not provide any noise isolation on both sides of the apartment). This place is managed by Joivy, which provides the site with all of the instructions, but to log in, it requires passport front page photo and a selfie, which is a bit much for obtaining check in/out info. To top it all, 250 quid, around 50% of a total price, is a bit steep for a deposit, and paying it before arriving, on sketchy Joivy site.

We loved the location and the cosy feel in this little flat. Perfect for 3 adults for our short break.

The pillows were quite hard but everything else was perfect.

La ubicación es excelente, y está muy bien comunicado del centro.

Apartamente poco limpio, con camas muy incómodas, y ni siquiera pudimos ver al casero/casera en persona. Muy impersonal y muy frío todo
