Two instances of worst customer service experienced in short stay:
1 - entry pass code and instructions were not followed before arrival - had to wait outside hotel for more than an hour to get entry details from hotel management as there was no staff at site and phone call staff was keep asking me to try random pass codes e.g. last four digits of my phone number etc instead of giving me actual pass code.
2 - we were literally 2 minutes late in check out and the staff was outside the door and customer service contacted us and threatened to send security in case of any delay. This was very hard attitude and not polite at all.
