There was private parking on site. The keys were in the door, the location was convenient, it was clean, had a washing machine and drying rack for our clothing.
The ceilings were very low - my wife is 5'4" and could raise her arm and place her hand flat on the ceiling. Although generally it was very clean, there were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom ceiling over the bed. There were places in the bed where you could feel the bedsprings. You could hear the people in the apartment above - footsteps made the ceilings creak loudly when they walked, and you could hear them talking (their living area was above our bedroom).
