Our small private and gated development is located in the heart of quiet Punta de Mita, steps away from the beach with a longboard surf break, from shops, restaurants and small grocery stores. Make the best of luxury living and local experience by staying at our place!
We know that travel can be tiring so we have crafted different levels of experiences just for you :
As soon as you walk into the development, you will notice the exuberance of the palm trees and foliage in the gardens and at the pool. You will already feel stress melting away. This is your peace oasis, enjoy it!
>Self Check-in makes it hassle free for you to arrive and be on your own time, especially if your flights are delayed or you decided to stop for tacos on your way in!
>Walk into the villa and feel the welcoming energies of our oceanside getaway. Bright, breezy and spacious, the space is perfect for rejuvenation, inspiration and quality time.
>Concierge Service: If you like having your vacation needs taken care of ahead of time, request our concierge service! You will be delighted with the wellness spa menu, excursions, and other services for you to choose from. You can even have your groceries delivered ahead of time so you are ready to enjoy the waves when you arrive!
> Newly renovated, clean, upscale and consistently maintained third floor unit decorated with love. We are selective about who gets to stay here!
> Environmental Commitment: We use natural cleaning products including bath products. We have a "leave your shoes at the door" policy indoors as to keep the space quiet for downstairs neighbours, clean and eco-friendly. As such, we ask our guests to indulge while being mindful of plastic, A/C and water usage for environmental purposes. The local community in our village can sometimes lack water in the winter time and although this does not affect us in any way as we have cisterns and water trucks, our neighbours do not have the same privilege. We try to make a conscious effort to not waste our Earth's resources and to leave a positive trace! We encourage you to recycle and to use natural sunscreen and bug repellent to protect our coral reefs, ocean life, and our own ability to inhabit Earth!
>Punta de Mita is an authentic Mexican fishing village that has slowly grown into a quaint little town that has magic all around.
>Punta de Mita is also home to a Jack Niklaus Golf Course, St. Regis and Four Seasons Hotels tucked away in the prestigious Punta Mita Development, a 2 min. drive from our location.
>Accessibility: Punta de Mita is a 40 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International airport. You can arrange an airport pickup or take the local bus across the airport bridge or order uber if you want a more local and inexpensive experience! Note that with the bus you will have to walk 200m - (600feet) with part cobblestone street to get to the entrance gate. The north towns of Litibu, Sayulita and San Pancho are 8, 20 and 30 minutes away respectively.
>Surfbreaks: Beginners longboard break right in front of the development, La Lancha is 8 minutes by car or bus and Punta Sayulita is 20 minutes away.
>What's included: This is a 2 bedroom unit that we rent as a 1 bedroom unit only (master is locked for owner storage). 1 bedroom (king size bed), 1 bathroom, open floor plan and bright condo, office, furnishings, bedding, full kitchen, washer and dryer, big outdoor patio with reading and lounge chairs amidst our jungle of tropical plants and overlooking the magnificent pool & garden, inflatable queen bed for kids or extra guests making the space comfortable for up to 4 adults. Stunning sunrise and sunset views from the Rooftop common area!
>Our condo is located at La Mision de Mita, an hacienda style small development of full time owners and renters. This project was designed as a wellness and lifestyle community and people always smile here, staff and owners included! Walking distance to the small oceanfront downtown strip filled with 5-star restaurants and gourmet boutiques, you will find all that you need for your vacation. If you like more local food there are also plenty of options for you! Golf carts are easy to rent if you plan on going a bit further and car rentals is easy as well when booked at the airport, plenty of street parking. Our little town has a boulangerie (bakery), vegan restaurants, organic coffee bars, a small gourmet grocery store, delicious seafood, Mexican and international restaurants, friendly people and waves in which to play endlessly!

Genevieve has a great apartment, very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved our stay! I totally recommend and we will definitely come back!
