Charming house in quiet Punta de Mita—1 block from the beach, excellent Wi-Fi, air conditioning

Casa Bahía is a boutique triplex located just around the block from the beach. "Los Sueños" is the ground-floor unit, which is bright, spacious, and can sleep up to four guests.

The front doors lead to a covered porch and private entrance that opens into a large living room with a sleeper sofa (two twin beds). The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a complimentary margarita bar.

The powerful 2-metric-ton inverter air conditioner is located in the bedroom, which is furnished with a new queen-size bed featuring a padded top and cotton sheets.
There is an extra-large closet and a walk-in closet for storage, as well as windows that allow for plenty of light and ventilation.

The bathroom, featuring a high-pressure shower and parota wood finishes, is conveniently located across the hall.

All floors throughout the house are tiled, and ceiling fans are installed in every room, keeping the space cool and refreshing.

For guests who work remotely, the Wi-Fi, provided by TotalPlay, has recently been upgraded to a 5G fiber-optic network, and the unit has its own dedicated line and private connection; it has been very reliable compared to other providers in the area.

The open front porch area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, dine al fresco in the evening, or relax in the hammock.

We’re located in the heart of Punta de Mita, just one block from the beach, shops, rental services, restaurants, and stores. Public transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta and nearby towns is also just three blocks away.

**Our guests now have exclusive access to the beachfront pool at the Hotel Mesón de Mita, just a 5-minute walk from the house! The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day, and the cost per person is $ 200 pesos per day.
