The home is in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood in the town of Punta de Mita. It offers a local coastal setting with convenient access to the beach, surf and restaurants. The house is outside the gated Punta Mita resort and does not include resort golf or beach club membership. You may hear everyday neighborhood sounds such as roosters, dogs, local celebrations and occasional construction.
GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests have private use of the home and courtyard, including the dipping pool, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area. Parking is on the street only. The storage bodega is reserved for the owner and is not accessible to guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was clean, and as nice, if not nicer than the pictures! Roxana was prompt with her communication with us, and got back to us within the hour whenever we had a question. The plunge pool was great to hop into after a day at the beach. The location was excellent, and within 5 minute walk of the beach and the main strip. Lots of excellent restauraunts, cafes, churros within a 5-10 minute walk (some within minutes!)

Every detail had been considered in this home. We were very comfortable and truly appreciated the welcome snacks left by the host. Excellent communication and directions given. Absolutely would return again.

This is a darling house and in a great location. The plunge pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We loved having fans in all the rooms so we could leave the doors wide open instead of having the AC on. I would definitely like to return.
