Purposefully designed by the owner after many trips to Punta Mita, staying in condos with lots of stairs, no storage space, and nowhere to hang wet swim suits. You will even find drying racks in all of the showers inside the house!

This house was perfect for any type of family, and the location was very convenient, super close to all restaurants and beach. The rooms were very comfortable and tge house had all the amenities we needed.

Wide band fast internet, great for writers and bloggers. 2 large bedrooms and 1 four bunk bedrooms. Nice kitchen. I will stay here again.

We loved staying here, this casita is in a very convenient location to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
Abraham, the property manager was SO attentive and responsive, couldn't have been more awesome!

The property is clean and central to the town. Beach is just minutes away. If you are lucky to get Abraham as your property manager during your stay, you will be well cared for.
