Spacious condo located on the beach with designer colors and modern furnishings. Wake up each morning to gorgeous views of Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the world. The beach view from the 3rd floor, where one can see anything from amazing sunrises and sunsets to whale watching or surfing yet have easy access from the front entrance at street level to restaurant row, just a few minutes away.

New HOA rules have made our condo complex available only for families with children 12 years or older.
Punta Mita has one of the most pleasant climates in the world, sharing the same latitude as the Hawaiian Islands. World class fishing, Jack Nicklaus signature golfing and several incredible surf breaks, all very accessible. Our condo has a very well-appointed kitchen equipped with all of your cooking needs. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5-minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned grocery stores.
High end finishes include granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tiled baths and luxury linens.
