The place was perfect for us! It was beautiful, clean, and walkable to water sports, beach, and restaurants. Our three young adult/teen kids could be independent and walk to stores, restaurants, and beaches without us. We didn't need a car. Took the ATM bus to la lancha beach and to Bucerias for groceries. Had never used it, but it was very simple. Our concierge responded to our questions within a few minutes. We had a problem with the air conditioner and they fixed it within an hour. Other than the brief problem, the air conditioner worked great. Everyone was friendly - the house keeper, concierge, condo administrators, and security.We hope to go back!

Excellent location near all of the restaurants in town. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Woukd stay again.
