About this house rental

Conveniently located less than 5 miles to Old Town and so many other great Albuquerque attractions. Enjoy the peaceful covered patio while watching quail and other wildlife in the backyard. If you're lucky you'll wake up to hot air balloons landing outside your bedroom window on the gorgeous Ladera Golf Course. If you are feeling more active, take a relaxing stroll just a half mile down to the entrance of the Petroglyph National Monument or enjoy one of the many walking/bike paths in close proximity.

Great property! Nice and clean and in a good neighborhood! Owner was responsive when contacted. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Property is a townhome and backs to a golf course. Patio presented comfort and great wildlife views. The property is spacious and clean, and is fairly new for rental. It needs a few adjustments of which the owner was receptive, attentive.
