Everything was great. The host was very kind and nice and every time we wanted something he was there !!! He offered to keep our luggage upon our arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend it !!!

Very upgraded and comfortable stay. I forgot I was near the termini station.
The toilet was strange. You can't throw paper in the toilet.

Good location near central station, elevator, you can walk from there and see all sights on a way to vatican and return back to central station on subway or bus, take if you don’t care about room and just care to visit Rome.
No refrigerator in a room and no kitchen at all, freezer instead refrigerator is just crazy and caused us problems, promising kitchen, coffee maker and not delivering is also disappointing. No towels for floor leading to slippery floor in bathroom.
