I have stayed here many times as it’s good value for Rome and also 200 meters from the station
Every time I am in Rome I stay here
Staff are good as well
They don’t provide breakfast but good cafes across the street and next door or at the station

Was an easy walk in but also close to metro and termini. Went early to leave bags and rooms was ready so got straight in which was amazing.

Location, staff and size of room were all very good for example staff provided additional towels and checked we were OK the day after we arrived.
Minimal facilities: bedside lights and TV did not work (we didnt need them nor did we give staff the opportunity to check or remedy these, so may have been our issue), no jug or tea and coffee.

The room was very central, within walking distance to lots of shops, and transport and attractions. Only a half an hour walk from the colosseum. The room was a decent size and very private, we barely saw anyone else. The wi-fi was fast.
It wasn't the cleanest and it would be great if we had a kettle, and Iron etc. The room was sub-par, but it was what you pay for really. Would recommend if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room, which we didn't, we were out exploring a lot..
