Tawhid Accomodation

It was clean and very safe area, two doors from Carabinieri, close to all the bus3s and metro and airport tranfer. They did change sheets and towels evry second day.

They were eager on charging everything, and made fuss when our bus was late in the night we were comming, almost left us on the street although I was texting them multiple times. Could not find doors and the boy at the reception could not bother to get off his chair and open these doors, call us in -, which made me very frustrated, wondering with small child and suitcases around building while he was saying he will leave for the night. That was awfull. And he charged me too much for that, so no hospitability at all. All in all, no hospitability and zero human touch.

The apartment was unusual in that the bedrooms and bathroom led off a hallway. However it was spacious and decorated beautifully with light colours and great canvas artwork. There was no cooking faciities apart from a microwave down the hall but we were eating out so this didn't concern us.

The staff were a little abrupt and unclear on granting our request for an earlier check in. However I think this was more a language barrier. I suggest a smile would go a long way when first greeting customers.

Location and the accommodation were very good

Breakfast was very poor

An excellent location and clean

Very cold.. We assumed that it was generally in Italy - heating. However, it was different in Florence hotel. So, in November rooms are very cold., there was bilingual water for tea but only one mag for all common use in the kitchen.
