Convenient walking distance from train station and very clean despite being a bit dated and bare bones. On the 3rd (aka 4th) floor so the elevator was a nice surprise for luggage. You’ll find a supermarket on the way to the train station. The street is lined with trees and fairly pretty. Tall ceilings in room. Air conditioning kept the room nice and cool.

Some street noise but that’s to be expected being so close to the train station. A trade off for convenience.

The lady that welcomed us was real lovely typical Italian lady room was well cleaned get location

The location was great - quick walk to the train station in a neighborhood that felt safe. The B&B was what we expected - a little dated and basic but spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious with a large window overlooking the street. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Kettle and mini fridge in room. The best part was the sweet lady who checked us in and was working there the next day. She knows a little English so we could communicate some. She always had a sweet smile and a sweet disposition. She made our stay enjoyable. : )

The towels and bath mat were a little ragged and rough.

The Signora hostess very welcoming and very kind. Close to Termini station. Beds very comfortable. Nice shower with hot water and good pressure. Fridge did not work for our stay. We did advise the hostess and will replace but not for our stay. A bit disappointing as very hot weather. Side lamp didn't work but was immediately replaced. Hostess also arranged a Taxi for us which we appreciated.

Did not like the towels very old. Decore very old but clean Paying 5 euro per day for air-conditioning. Very rare do you ever pay extra for air-conditioning maybe should be included in the price. City Taxes cost a little more than other Rome B&bs Overall overpriced but if was updated would be amazing and definitely would then go back again.
