Rome in Love B&B - Termini Train Station

Tiene nevera en la habitación caja fuerte y armario y buen baño. Hay cocina en el hotel con todo lo necesario. Hay cafetera con café y té. Al frente hay dos restaurantes buenos y no son caros en el extremo de la estación que queda a una cuadra queda un supermercado tigre, bastante bueno. No se escuchan ruidos y E duerme bastante bien

No hay personal nunca al cual preguntarle por cosas básicas como el papel higiénico. Es un poco complicado llegar sería ideal un mapa porque las instrucciones que nos dieron eran confusas

The room was clean. Checking in required registration but it was easy. All doors to the building and to the hotel are with the code.

The air conditioning was not working. It was possible to switch on but it didn’t give any cold air no matter what mode you are choosing. It is crucial in the middle of the June in Rome. The door handle and a locker to the bathroom was not working. You are trying to close/open it from the inside and it stays in your hand. Thanks that I was not alone in the apartment otherwise I would have locked myself there. The staff (or maybe an owner) told us that we may leave our luggage at the living room. I left it in the corner where it would not bother onyone. The cleaning lady came to clean and moved our bags into the middle of the room and left them there that other guests can’t leave their room. As a result somebody wrote some dirty words on my suitcase. I asked the property manager and she said that she saw it on camera but she refused to take any responsibility for it or manage the situation anyhow. Awful service and management. I don’t recommend that place.
