Modern and fresh appartment in Palmanova

We stayed overnight on our Alpe Adria Bike trip. The facilities are modern, clean and nice. Air conditioner is life saving during the hot summer nights. Has everything one needs for a stay. The host Daniel is very helpful and approachable. 10 out of 10. Grazie mille!

New, clean, baby proofed, great location, very nice host.

Zona 30 is right in the center of Palmanova, 5 min walk from the main squere. We parked right in front of the door. We came with the baby and he had its bed prepared. The place is completely renovated, the bathroom is lovely.

We booked only for one night and had to leave really early so we could go to a lovelly breakfast.

Accomodation is great. Nice,clean,great location (in the middle from Venice to Postojna cave). Free parknig is in front of the house. Palmanova is extreamly clean town.

Very nice and clean accomodation in the city center, room was very well equipped and we could also use the shared kitchen and washing machine. Owner was nice and friendly.

Amazing and clean - tidy place.

The hosts were just amazing and very helpful. The room is spotless and same is bathroom. Very much attention to details and again, really helpful hosts. Very modern and feels like new everything. We would give a 10 but due to breakfast we refrain and allow the hosts to chose another place to offer breakfast.

The breakfast was not best and only sweet stuff, and especially the personnel was rude to extremes. We have travelled with a 2 years old and when asked about some food that she eats usually the answers were very plastic and not helpful at all. We do understand that they do not provide omelets for example, however there is a way to explain without being rude and showing us the clock that they cook only afternoons. Not sure about as they do not speak English. They were just rude and upset. Very unpleasant breakfast experience. We ate somewhere else afterwards.

Welcoming comfortable clean guesthouse in a very interesting little town

Lovely warm friendly welcome from the owner. Spotlessly clean, everything looked new. Well-prepared for Covid 19 protection with masks and sanitizer. Parking on the street just outside. Simple but very comfortable well-equipped room. Shared fridge available. Fantastic breakfast at local cafe included, a real treat! Location very central and a few minutes from excellent restaurants.

Tutto perfetto

La camera è nuovissima, moderna, spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera quadrupla composta da un letto matrimoniale e due veri letti singoli. La cucina è in comune e dotata di tutto quello che può servire. La struttura è all'interno delle mura della cittadina dove ci si muove facilmente a piedi. I parcheggi sono numerosi e gratuiti. L'host è stato premuroso e disponibile. Ci ha anche indicato diversi ristoranti dove abbiamo usufruito di uno sconto dedicato. Questa iniziativa mi sembra eccellente e sintomo di collaborazione sana tra i gestori di attività nella stessa comunità. La colazione, servita presso una pasticceria, è eccellente.
