With regret, I do not recommend.

Lovely building and garden. Big bedroom and great breakfast. Wifi and aircon were good.

Check-in was difficult as we bashed and kicked the huge steel gates out on the street, rang a traditional bell and pressed several bell buttons. The dog certainly knew we were there but not the host. TIP - phone/WhatsApp straight away. The host held a party for a large group of friends immediately under our window so there was no sleep until 01:30. I think that is unreasonable behaviour by a host with paying guests. I think this place must decide if it really wants paying guests or not.

very friendly and welcoming manager, they left us two bottles of wine as present, very relaxed atmosphere! Old fashioned buildings, amazing vintage feelings, like stepping back in time.

Gently remind the managers to provide you with some milk in the morning and also a kettle if you are a tea drinker. Ok, we booked completely off season, some minor forgetfulness can be understandable.

Villa storica stupenda

La struttura è bellissima e ben curata. Posizionata in una zona super tranquilla ed a 10 minuti dal Collio. C'è spazio per le auto appena fuori dal cancello dell'abitazione. Il proprietario e la signora che gestiscono l'ospitalità sono disponibilissimi. La colazione è ben fornita, non ci hanno mai fatto mancare niente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'impianto idraulico e l'hanno risolto immediatamente. Ci hanno fatto visitare il resto della struttura ed è immensa e bellissima. Letti nuovi e super comodi, mai dormito così bene, essendo materassi in memory foam. In giardino vi potrà far compagnia anche Nala, la simpatica setter di casa.

Consiglierei solamente di rivedere la caldaia, magari separando le varie stanze, perché ci è capitato di non aver sempre acqua calda, ma siccome eravamo un gruppo di 8 persone ci siamo organizzati e il problema non si è più presentato.

Da gibt es nichts. Wie hatten Pech, dass es am 25.10. 25 ab ca 8 Uhr in der Früh ein Rennen auf öffentlichen Strßen mit irrsinnig lauten Ralleywagen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft gab. Als wir um ca 10:30 Uhr die Unterkunft verließen, war es immer noch im Gange. Wir können uns nur wundern, dass Derartiges erlaubt ist. Selbstverständlich kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, weshalb wir diesen Lärmirrsinn, der nebenbei auch nicht ganz ungefährlich war, nicht in die Bewertung einbezogen haben.

Ci torneremo volentieri

Splendida dimora signorile, ottimamente tenuta, con arredamenti d'epoca di buon gusto. Stanza abbastanza ampia con climatizzazione molto efficiente. Magnifica area comune con splendido giardino. Posto molto silenzioso e rilassante. Hosts molto disponibili che fanno di tutto per mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio. Buona colazione. Ottima posizione per visitare la Venezia Giulia

Es war eine kleine Zeitversetzung vom Ambiente. Das Bemühen der Familie um unser Wohl war einzigartig. Hier stimmt einfach alles: von der herzlichen Begrüßung über die makellose Sauberkeit bis hin zur traumhaften Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön für diesen perfekten Aufenthalt!

Tutto perfetto. Abbiamo solo avuto qualche difficoltà a contattare il gestore al nostro arrivo. Non rispondeva al telefono. Però dopo 15 minuti è arrivato. Tutto bene.

Super schön zum entspannen 🥰 top service

Der junge Mann hat uns unglaublich freundlich empfangen! Unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, da wir eine spätere Ankunft angegeben haben, so warteten wir in dem sehr schönen, gemütlichen Garten und wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Aperitivsnack überrascht, einfach so! Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und lädt wirklich ein einen Gang runterzufahren! Einfach ein Traum. Frühstück war für uns vorbereitet und absolut ok 👍🏻 also wir waren absolut happy 🥰 Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Da wir beruflich öfter im Jahr in Udine sind, werden wir sicher wiederkommen Dankeschön Tanja und Roland

Der Vermieter war bei vereinbarten Anreisetermin und weiteren 2 Stunden nicht erreichbar. Unmöglich. Angeblich Probleme mit dem Handy. Obwohl wir laufend angerufen hatten. Wir mussten weiterfahren und eine andere Unterkunft suchen. 😟

Location stupenda! Camera confortevole, letto comodo, bagno spazioso. Facilmente si raggiungono paesi limitrofi in auto.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con la colazione perché lo staff era ammalato, ma a parte ciò non c’è nulla da dire.
