Bella Vue is a beautiful, newly decorated, three-story, 3-bedroom/3 1/2-bath beach house with close to 2,400 square feet of living space and a convenient one-car garage.
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with an electric fireplace, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with ice maker, Regular coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a large private master suite, plus an additional half bath in the foyer and a spacious screened porch that faces the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.
On the second floor, you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms, with two full baths, and a second-floor balcony. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. There is also a finished crow's nest that could be used as a fourth bedroom.

We have been coming down to Martinique for 18 years. This was the smallest house we have ever rented, but one of the best. It had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The location near the indor-outdoor pool was excellent. The littles really enjoyed all the sand in the backyard. We definitely will be back to hopefully this house.

The location is great, but the house needs some maintenance work done in it. Several things in the house need to be repaired/replaced. I spoke with management about the issues and I hope they will be taken care of.
