This charming two-story three-bedroom, three full-bath crescent offers close to 2,000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one-car garage. (Home is being updated!!! Pictures coming soon!)
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, TV, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is one guest bedroom (pillow top mattress) with a full bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen and bedroom.
Upstairs you’ll discover the master suite and additional guest room, all with pillow-top mattresses. The master suite has a generous master bath with large garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity and a separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom, you’ll enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the second-story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, lots of storage areas and outdoor gas grill.

**This is a pet friendly home. ALL pet friendly homes are limited to 2 dogs and require a $300.00 pet deposit. Half of the pet deposit is refunded after departure based and any pet related issues found in home.

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off-site.

Home clean and comfortable except mattresses in 2 of bedrooms badly need replacing.Kitchen could use set of smaller sharp knives, scissors, vegetable peeler, bottle opener . Air conditioner set at 72 and both upstairs bedrooms uncomfortably warm at night.( can’t imagine how warm the rooms would be when outside temperatures 90+). Need better guides to operate the TV’s . Room darkening shades in front upstairs bedroom would help. Pool needed vacuuming.

We have stayed at Martinique many times with our kids and dogs. This was the first year in a house. Martinique is always well maintained and we have never had an issue I would highly recommend staying at Martinique. Alabama Sunrise was beyond expectations

Had a great week with the family. Quick access to the beach and pool were positives. Enjoyed being able to cook our meals in adequate kitchen although at first sight the cracked cooktop was concerning. The outside grill should be well cleaned or replaced. In order to prevent renters from providing their own beach items, provide multiple beach chairs, not just the single well used one. Enjoyed the selection of books for reading.
