Only registered guests are permitted. Please reach out with questions prior to booking if you're unsure whether your stay qualifies.
â Parking â
6â7 vehicles can be accommodated in front of the house. Street parking may be available nearby.
â Pets Welcome (with fee) â
Up to 2 pets allowed for a $100 fee per booking.
To avoid a $1000 fine, please:
Keep pets off furniture and beds
Do not use household utensils or bowls for them
Clean up after them respectfully
â Entertainment â
Three TVs throughout the home, each with Roku for streaming (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. â just log in with your accounts).
â Security â
There are no security cameras on site â your privacy is respected.

Minimum age to book is 21 years old. The booking guest is responsible for the entire group.
If authorities are called due to excessive noise or disorderly conduct, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without refund.

The property and house do offer seclusion with beach access only two blocks away. The heated pool is a definite bonus but the per day cost to heat the pool is overpriced and not worth it. The house is roomy and open and the screened back porch is great. I realize our stay was during off-season but the house is in need

We were able to arrive three hours earlier!
As soon as we got there my kiddos jumped straight into pool! They loved it!! It was fun for the whole family! The screened in back porch was so wonderful, we set there for hours. The beach was only two blocks away and there was a wagon we could put all of our beach supplies in! We loved how secluded it was. If you want a place away from all the noise this is the place! Anything we needed or any questions we had our host was on top of it! Our favorite part was just being able to relax and that our kiddos had a large pool to swim in. We will be back!!!

The home is modern cozy with an open and âtouch of rustic feel.â. We were comfortable from the start. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfie. It was my husband and our 19 year old boys. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved the pool as well as the quick walk to the beach. The communication with our host was excellent and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again!
