This charming two-story four bedroom, three-full-bath PET FRIENDLY beach house offers over 2,500 square feet of living space, three porches and a convenient one-car garage.
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating and a dining area.
In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master suite with comfortable seating area and a generous master bath with a large garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity and a separate commode room. The comfortable downstairs guest bedroom is just off the foyer and adjacent to a separate full bathroom.
Upstairs you’ll discover two guest bedrooms, a full bath and an ample living area. Other features include 24-foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms, 10-foot ceilings in all other downstairs living areas, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning.
This beautiful home is centrally located, close to the mid-point pool.

The house and community are a wonderful experience. This was our first time at Martinique and we were impressed with the amenities, community socialization, professional management and crew. Everyone was friendly and excited to have us included into their community. The house was roomy, comfortable and centrally located (near the indoor pool) with golf cart. Beautiful Lanai where you can hear the gulf waves. Very impressed with the maintenance crew and beautification of the property as a whole.

We had another great stay. However, there was one thing: the bedroom in which my daughter stayed was not cleaned as it should have been. She found a condom behind the bunk beds and candy wrappers. I wanted to call this to your attention.
