Newly renovated! New rental! This pet-friendly one-story open floor plan three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house offers over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space and a screened-in back porch.
You'll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened-in back porch with outdoor seating. There is also a smaller patio off the kitchen area.
The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a separate commode room. The master also has a large walk-in closet. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, 43" TV
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, 43" TV
Third Bedroom: 2 - Twin beds, 32" TV
Living Room: Queen Sleeper sofa, 55" TV
Includes: Golf Cart and a Blackstone Propane grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and some beach toys.
Restrictions: No Smoking, 3-night minimum, Monthly rentals available.
PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM
***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off the property.

Our rental house was just as described on line. It was well laid out with 3 bedrooms, perfect for our multi-generational family. The screened porch was very relaxing, even with a few unwanted guests from the wild. The only issue we had was the grill was not well maintained so we chose not to use it. Otherwise it was great.

AWSOME!!!Despite three days of rain we had a great time. By far, I think this was my favorite house at Martinique.All of us in our 60s and 70s one level was perfect.This was truly home away from home. Everything we needed was there.The pool and need I say, the beach was beautiful.Martinique staff were so friendly and helpful during our booking process and once we arrived.We will definitely book this property again. Thank you

We booked condo, condo had black mold moved us to house, for 3 day then tried to move us to another house which smelled like urine. We refused to dtay there they placed us back in house we moved from. Wasted whole day moving stuff, never again
