This charming one-story three-bedroom, two-bath beach house offers close to 1,800 square feet of living space, two porches and a convenient one-car garage.
You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.
In addition to the main living areas, there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

It was as lovely as ever. We've been coming off-and-on for 20 years. It's my absolute happy place. The house was great. Only one thing I'd change - a slightly wider driveway, making entry and exit with the golf cart easier. But otherwise, our experience and the house couldn't have been better

This was the first time at Gems by the Sea but second visit to Martinique. We love Martinique. We were pleasantly surprised with Gems by the Sea specifically the fact that the main living areas had been repainted and new furniture/decorations were updated. We loved the porch area and the two golf carts. The house is approximately 1/2 mile from the beach so the carts were perfect for getting to/from the beach. Nice decor throughout house; kitchen well stocked; many beach toys/utensils There were a couple of things that need to be addressed. The house was not really clean upon our arrival. There was noticeable hair, dirt, dust, and sand on the floors. Guest bathroom needed recleaning. The carpets in the bedrooms was very worn and dirty. Replacing the carpet with a different flooring would improve the cleanliness as well as decor of the house. Parking was an issue. We had a suburban and a tahoe and fitting the two vehicles in the allotted area was difficult. Bikes were a nice touch but bikes had issues with the chain on one bike and the tire on the other bike. Maintenance was contacted but the man stated that it would be a week or so before it could be fixed.
