About this house rental
Welcome to Coconut Cabaret, a spacious and inviting three-story beach house that includes a private six-seater golf cart, making it easy to get to the beach or explore the neighborhood. This five-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax.
On the main floor, the welcoming living room features a large sectional, a cozy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully appointed kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast counter, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Two dining tables provide plenty of space for shared meals. Also on this level is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry area with a new full-size washer and dryer. Step outside to the large screened-in back porch, complete with comfortable seating for outdoor relaxation.
The spacious primary suite is also located on the main floor and features a king bed, a generous ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a private commode room. This suite also offers direct access to the screened patio.
Upstairs, you’ll find four additional guest bedrooms and two full Jack and Jill bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each include two queen beds. The third-floor loft area offers even more sleeping space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-over-two-twin bunk bed. Every bedroom and the loft have brand-new Smart TVs.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. Call our reservations team for these rates.

The home is beautiful. We had 8-10 people in the house and didn’t feel like we were on stop of each other. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee early am. We spent most of our days on the beach. There are instructions on the refrigerator about giving it 24 hours to cool and about not turning the AC below 72. Of course we had issues with both. The refrigerator wouldn’t cool by 4 pm the next day. There is another frig on site in the garage but we almost lost all of our groceries. I did call the rental company and they did send someone pretty quickly and it worked the rest of the time. The other issue we had was the AC. There is instructions to not run it below 72. Night 1 was fine, night 2 and 3 were completely miserable. 78 degrees by the time we went to bed. 72 degrees in lower Alabama is not cool enough in September. There is a grill on property, but it is a gas grill without a propane tank to be able to use it. The location is good. The beach is good. We would stay again if the refrigerator and and air worked. Because of the instructions on how to use the refrigerator and the AC, I feel like there have been other issues before.
