perfect location, about 10 mins walk from the train station.
everything was good except, owner only provided one roll of toilet paper for family of 4 so had to but more toilet paper.

La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar a pie desde la estación de tren y de bus. El mejor barrio de Venecia para experimentar la ciudad auténtica, no la creada para los turistas, se disfruta al ver estudiantes y familias venecianas paseando tranquilamente. Y a tan solo un agradable paseo de los monumentos más emblemáticos de Venecia. Hay multitud de buenas ofertas gastronómicas y pequeñas osterias con mucho encanto. El anfitrión, Marcó, nos espero hasta bien entrada la noche para no solo darnos las llaves, sino también para darnos buenas recomendaciones de lugares donde comer y rutas de paseo hasta San Marcos. Sus consejos resultaron excelentes y disfrutamos de buenos restaurantes locales.
No hay nada que nos haya decepcionado.
