Bardzo fajny apartament w spokojnej dzielnicy. Bardzo polecam. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia w garczki, sztućce, a nawet herbatę i olej do smażenia. W łazience suszarka i kosmetyki do mycia. Apartament typowo we włoskim stylu.
Trzeba wynosić śmieci samodzielnie na barkę ze śmieciami, ale to chyba dotyczy całej Wenecji na wodzie.

The flat is full of character and charm, a real home rather than a holiday let (with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen). Lots of windows with wonderful views over a canal on one side, and a pretty square on the other. Loads of atmosphere with restaurants nearby, yet in a quiet area of the city. It felt like 'real Venice' as opposed to 'tourist Venice'. In terms of looks and location, absolutely perfect!
Although there was air-conditioning installed, we were told on arrival that city regulations prohibited air-conditioning from 1st September (we couldn't find any info online to confirm that, however). So, the flat was pretty warm (early Sept). As the building was next to a canal, there were dozens of mosquitoes. Day and night! We had to keep the windows open because the apartment was so warm, so we couldn't keep the mozzies out, despite spraying ourselves with repellent. The marks on the ceilings and walls suggest that we were not the only guests to have this problem. It would have been very helpful if the flat had provided plug-in repellents (Baygon/Raid etc with tabs/refills) for the living room and bedrooms - but better still would have been to have air conditioning! (We did find one broken-looking plug-in but no tabs to insert inside.)
Also one small thing that was at the bottom of our booking info, so we missed it at the time - there is a sizeable €40 surcharge if you arrive at the accommodation after 8pm, which you have to pay in cash upon arrival along with the tourist tax. Worth bearing in mind if you have an afternoon flight, given the possibility of delays (also, the baggage reclaim is quite slow at the airport as there aren't many belts).

nicely set flat with carpetting a kitchen and no interference of owner....
there should have been some arrangements for cofee ,snacks etc
